What does OEM mean?
OEM means Original Equipment Manufacturer. Example Canon, HP,Lexmark etc

What is a compatible cartridge?
A compatible cartridge is compatible with OEM and is manufactured by a third party. Usually, there is no difference in quality.

What payment options do you provide?

What is the delivery time?
We use FedEx 3-day delivery. Special arrangements can be made for alternative delivery services

What if the product arrives damaged?
A No problem! You will need to return the product in its packaging and we will ship out a replacement.

What is your refund policy?
A Only goods returned to us in the unopened original condition that the goods were supplied in will be considered for a refund. Goods returned due to incorrect orders being placed by the client will be considered for refund only if the goods are in their original condition and received within 7 working days of despatch from inkdirectusa. Any costs incurred by inkdirectusa could be deducted from the refund amount should the refund be approved. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.

What is your returns policy?
Wrong purchase Returns Policy for open items: We have a non-negotiable returns policy on opened items purchased in error. We do not refund these items as our suppliers will not exchange or refund opened items. Should we decide to exchange such items, they will be subject to a handling fee of 15%. Ensure that you have the correct cartridges before opening the packaging. Faulty items Returns Policy: Manufacturers only refund faulty cartridges if it can be proven to be faulty. In many cases, the machine and not the cartridge is at fault. Original invoice must be presented, validation of the fault and original packaging. If the product is below replacement weight, we will send the cartridge to the manufacturer for testing. Only once they have confirmed that the cartridge is, in fact, faulty can we offer you a refund or exchange. Wrong purchase Returns Policy for unopened items: If you return an unopened item for exchange within a 7 day period, we will gladly exchange it subject to proof of purchase. Please ensure that you have your invoice as proof of purchase. Special order Returns Policy: Any special order items require a deposit. If returned, the deposit will be forfeited, as our suppliers are not obliged to accept such returned stock.
